Rajeev Dhal joins Jagran Prakashan Limited
To Head - Mobile VAS business

 
New Delhi, January 08, 2007; ; Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL) (BSE SCRIP ID: JAGRAN; NSE SYMBOL: JAGRAN), publishers of ‘Dainik Jagran’, India’s largest read newspaper (Source: IRS), has announced the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Dhal as head - mobile VAS business. The company provides IVR/AVR/SMS services through its short code service 7272.

Rajeev Dhal has spent 12 years in the industry with an experience ranging from Strategic Brand Planning, Branded Content Development and Interactive Participation TV Content Development. He brings with him a very unique blend of insightful understanding of Consumer habits, Media market intricacies and the Mobile Value Added Services domain.

Rajeev has spent close to 10years with the WPP-groupm companies like O&M, JWT & Maxus handling multi-variate communication platform planning tasks for brands ranging from Nestle, GSK, Seagrams to Hero Cycles, Dabur, TV Today to India Tourism and NGO-Social sector bodies. His last stint was at Cellcast as the VP Business Development with focus on development & deployment of Interactive platform agnostic formats like Bid2Win and prior to Cellcast he worked with ShowM, the Branded Content Development specialist company of WPP-groupm.
